Be a part of learning,
from your home, in the classroom, or in the world
What to include in your application:
Your resume.
Send us a copy of your resume, complete with your work history in education, experience working with children and young adults, and background in your areas of study. Please include 1-3 references of former employment in related fields..
Your subjects.
Give us a comprehensive list of subjects you feel prepared to drop in and teach, and where possible, your experience working in that subject either as the student, or the educator. Also, please note any specific preferences on the age of student with whom you feel most comfortable working.
You.
Tell us a bit about yourself. What might we want to know about you that isn’t found in your work history, or the classes you call home? What do you like, what do you like about teaching, what do you like about learning, and, most importantly, what do you like about working with kids?
What it takes.
Being one of our educators is a flexible, non-employee contract position, which allows you to take control of the way that you teach. Tutors and families are paired together and given the freedom to decide where they learn, when they learn, and how they learn. We are assembling a team of experienced learners who want to help mold new learners, and that means letting students choose how they learn best, and meeting them right then, right there.
